Hartman Farm to Table, LLC

We aim to make fresh produce and meat accessible to all families in our community.

About Us

We started raising hogs in 2016 on a small scale to provide better-quality meat for family members. Since then, we have turned it into a slightly bigger operation allowing us to sell to the public. By growing our farm, we strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle for all the livestock while on our farm.

In 2018 we added laying hens to provide farm fresh eggs with ample room for them to roam outdoors while also providing a spacious coop for them to nest in when the weather is inclement.

At the beginning of 2023 we have expanded into the beef market with a focus similar to raising our hogs striving for a healthy lifestyle and a focus on small scale for better quality livestock.

Our Community Involvement

In 2023 we started in 4-H in the mini-program for our kids, and I became a superintendent for the dairy beef project.

Our family is proud to be bringing up our kids in 4-H — where they’re learning responsibility, leadership, hard work, and the true meaning of community. From early mornings in the barn to project days and fairs, 4-H is shaping them into capable, confident young people.

Even more meaningful to us is the opportunity to give back to our local 4-H program. Whether it’s volunteering time, supporting events, or helping the next group of kids get started, we believe in investing in the program that invests so much in our children.

We are also proud to share that part of the proceeds from our farm go back to support our local 4-H program, whether we are donating to projects inside the barns or to the auction of livestock and and we’re grateful to help invest in the next generation.

4-H isn’t just about livestock or projects — it’s about building character, life skills, and lifelong friendships.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that believes in growing more than just crops — we’re growing future leaders.
